What area do you cover?
We currently serve all of Manhattan — from the Financial District to Harlem. If you can hail a cab there, we can pick up your laundry.
How fast is same-day delivery?
Standard orders placed before 10 AM are returned by 7 PM the same day. Our Express add-on ($15) guarantees a 4-hour turnaround.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Presst is managed entirely via email. Send us your address and preferred pickup time — that's it. No app, no account, no password.
What's included in a bag?
Each bag fits up to 10 garments — shirts, trousers, blouses, etc. Items are professionally pressed, folded, and returned on hangers or folded per your preference.
How does the monthly membership work?
For $149/month you get unlimited pickup requests, priority same-day scheduling, and free delivery on every order. Cancel anytime — no contracts.
What if I'm not home for pickup?
No problem. Many of our clients leave a bag with their doorman or concierge. Just let us know the arrangement when you email.
